According to a new investigation, phishing emails disguised as DHL communications now include a version of a chatbot that directs targets to harmful URLs.
According to experts at Trustwave, who identified the phishing campaign method, it appears to be a chatbot, but the scripts are pre-programmed to respond with stock words based on the victim’s response.
