The US government’s cybersecurity agency, CISA, has released its Malware Next-Gen system for public use. Organizations can now submit malware samples and other suspicious artifacts for analysis. The system promises automatic analysis of potentially malicious files or URLs and will allow CISA to automate analysis of newly identified malware. Malware Next-Gen service is used by US federal agencies to analyze, correlate, enrich data, and share cyber threat insights with partners. The analysis is performed in a secure environment with results available in PDF and STIX 2.1 data formats.
