Europol and Bitdefender Release Free Decryptor for LockerGoga Ransomware

In cooperation with Europol, the No More Ransom project, and Zurich law enforcement officials, Romanian cybersecurity company Bitdefender has released a decryptor for the LockerGoga ransomware.
LockerGoga was discovered in January 2019 and gained notoriety for its attacks on Norsk Hydro, a major Norwegian producer of aluminium. According to reports, it infected more than 1,800 people in 71 different countries and cost $104 million in damages. Read More…
