Google Chrome Update Fixes Flaw Exploited in the Wild

Google is rolling out a new Chrome update to address 38 security issues, including a high-severity type confusion vulnerability (CVE-2024-7971) in the V8 JavaScript engine, which has been exploited in the wild. The update is expected to be available over the next few days.
