Infosys & NVIDIA Partner for GenAI Telco Solutions

Infosys has expanded its partnership with NVIDIA to develop generative AI-powered solutions for telecom operators. These solutions, powered by Infosys’ AI platform Topaz, utilize NVIDIA’s AI technologies, including NIM inference microservices, NeMo models, and Riva for real-time transcription and translations. The collaboration aims to enhance telco operations and customer service by improving network efficiency and productivity. This initiative has demonstrated significant performance improvements, including up to 61% lower latency and a 22% increase in accuracy.
