Intel Core Ultra vPro Platform Brings New Security Features

Intel has introduced new security features with its latest vPro platform and Core Ultra processors, including the Silicon Security Engine for hardware-based authentication against threats below the operating system, Device Health for identifying platform-level vulnerabilities, and NPU-assisted anomaly detection in Threat Detection Technology. Additionally, Hardware Shield now extends protections across hardware, firmware, OS, and apps, ensuring safe power-on for PCs. The Core Ultra processors are designed for AI PCs, featuring AI acceleration capabilities across the CPU, GPU, and a new neural processing unit.
