Keep Job Scams From Hurting Your Organization

A pandemic within a pandemic is job scamming. These businesses, which operate in many nations throughout the world, have the potential to become multimillion dollar enterprises. In one survey, 32% of job searchers claimed to have applied for and had been interviewed for a phoney position; 15% claimed to have had their personal data taken; and 9% claimed to have lost money to the con artists.
According to Gabriel Friedlander, the founder and CEO of Wizer Training, these con artists run their operations just like any other company. However, their objective is to commit crimes rather than advertise goods or services. Last year, financial losses in the United States alone exceeded $367 million.
