Law Enforcement Confirms BlackCat Take Down, Decryption Key Offered to Victims

Due to international law enforcement activity, the ALPHV/BlackCat ransomware group’s leak site has been taken down.
In order for them to obtain a decryption key that will allow them to repair their systems, the FBI is currently pleading for more than 500 of the group’s victims to come forward.
The infamous Ransomware-as-a-Group (RaaS) website has a warning on it that reads, “This Website Has Been Seized.”
“This site was seized by the Federal Bureau of Investigation as part of a coordinated law enforcement action against ALPHV Blackcat Ransomware,” the statement continues.
