MITRE Rolls Out FiGHT to Protect 5G Networks

With the rollout of 5G, wireless technology is being modernised, and threats are following suit. As a result, MITRE and the Department of Defense released an adversarial threat model for 5G systems to assist businesses in evaluating the risks to their networks.
FiGHT is a knowledge base of adversary tactics and approaches for 5G systems and is a “purpose-built model of observed enemy behaviours.” According to MITRE, the framework gives businesses the ability to “reliably assess the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of 5G networks, as well as the devices and applications using them.” Read More…
