New HiddenAds malware affects 1M+ users and hides on the Google Play Store

New malware has been found on the Google Play Store, according to McAfee’s mobile research team. Most of them pass for cleaner programmes that remove trash files or aid in battery optimization for device management by masquerading themselves as such.
The software, however, conceals itself and keeps showing ads to its victims. Furthermore, they install the malicious services without running the programme, only running the malicious services. Read More…
