New IceXLoader Malware Loader Variant Infected Thousands of Victims Worldwide

Thousands of home and business Windows computers are thought to have been infected worldwide by an upgraded malware loader known as IceXLoader. A lifetime licence for the common virus IceXLoader costs $118 on dark web forums.
It is mostly used to download and run more malware on compromised hosts. In order to avoid investigation and detection, the malware was coded in the Nim programming language, according to Fortinet FortiGuard Labs, who discovered it in June of last year.
