Office 365 boosts email security against MITM, downgrade attacks

Microsoft has implemented SMTP MTA Strict Transport Security (MTA-STS) capability to Exchange Online to safeguard the integrity and security of Office 365 customers’ email communication.
The Exchange Online Transport Team stated, “We have been validating our implementation and are now glad to announce support for MTA-STS for all outbound messages from Exchange Online.”
