All business units that handle personal data must be involved in a thorough data privacy programme. The findings also showed that noncompliant businesses are advancing along the compliance maturity curve through automating operations.
According to a recent CYTRIO analysis on GDPR and the Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the majority of firms are unprepared to comply with forthcoming compliance standards for data privacy.
