With the aid of cloud-based development environments, programmers can practically work from any location and begin coding right away on their smartphones, tablets, or other internet-connected devices. One such feature-rich, cloud-based Microsoft service that lets programmers create software from any location is GitHub Codespace (CS).
Any GitHub user could start at least two active CS instances after its availability was made public in November 2022 and use them for nothing with restrictions on storage, processing power, and time. The GitHub CLI, the web browser, or other integrated developer environments (IDEs), such VSCode and JetBrains, among others, can all be used to access CS instances, which are isolated virtual machines (VMs) hosted on Azure.
