Researchers Discover New Sophisticated Toolkit Targeting Apple macOS Systems

A group of harmful artefacts that are allegedly a part of an advanced toolkit targeting Apple macOS systems have been discovered by cybersecurity experts. Researchers from Bitdefender Andrei Lapusneanu and Bogdan Botezatu wrote in a preliminary assessment published on Friday that “as of now, these samples are still largely undetected and very little information is available about any of them.”

The payloads are referred to as JokerSpy altogether.
